1, the heating pipeline should be set up inclination. The inclination of steam pipe flowing in the same direction is usually 0.003, and the inclination of steam pipe flowing in the opposite direction shall not be less than 0.005. The hot water pipe shall have a slope of not less than 0.002, slope discharge device.
2. The steam branch pipe should be connected above or from the side of the main pipe, and the hot water pipe should be connected below or from the side of the main pipe. Different working pressure of the drain pipe can not be connected to the same pipeline.
3. Eccentric reducing pipe should be used when horizontal pipeline is reduced in diameter. When the conveying medium is steam, take the bottom of the pipe flat, for drainage; When the conveying medium is hot water, take the pipe top flat to facilitate the exhaust.
4. The steam pipeline is usually laid on the right side of its forward direction, and the condensate pipeline on the left. The hot water pipe is on the right and the return pipe is on the left.
5, pipe through the wall or concrete floor should be installed waterproof sleeve.
6. The intersection Angle of directly buried pipeline crossing railway line and road shall not be less than 45°. The distance between pipe top and railway rail surface shall not be less than 1.2m, and the distance between pipe top and road surface shall not be less than 0.7m.
7, the pressure regulating valve should be vertically installed on the horizontal pipe, after the installation should be adjusted according to the application of working pressure. The reducing valve group is usually built at 1.2m above the road surface. If it is built at about 3m above the road surface, a permanent actual operating platform should be installed.
8. After the completion of pipeline construction, perform hydraulic test and cleaning according to the design scheme or standard specifications.
